The ECO Cultural Institute will host the Consultative Meeting on the Collection, Editings, Publication of the Manuscripts of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 (corresponding to 23 Tir 1405 in the Iranian calendar), with the participation of ambassadors, scholars, and researchers from the ECO member states.
Among the speakers at the conference will be Ambassador Mohammad Hassan, President of the ECO Cultural Institute; Dr. Nizomiddin Zohidi, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Tehran; Dr. Akbar Irani, Managing Director of the Research Institute of Written Heritage; Dr. Seyyed Reza Baqerian Movahed and Dr. Mohammad Soori, distinguished Iranian scholars specializing in the studies of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani; Dr. Aref Naushahi, Pakistani manuscript specialist and researcher; and Dr. Abduvali Sharifzadeh, Tajik historian and researcher.
As part of its mission to introduce the region’s eminent cultural and artistic figures, the ECO Cultural Institute has consistently sought to deepen public awareness of these distinguished personalities and to strengthen cultural ties among the peoples of the ECO region. The organization of this conference is another step toward achieving these objectives.
The meeting will be held at the ECO Cultural Institute, and attendance is open to the public.
