Sarvar Bakhti, president of ECO Cultural Institute, sent separate messages to the embassies of Afghanistan and Pakistan in Iran, congratulating them on the occasion of the Independence Day of the two countries.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, in his messages, Sarvar Bakhti while congratulating H.E. Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Liwal, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and H.E. Mr. Rahim Hayat Qureshi, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Iran, wished the governments and peoples of these two great Islamic countries the best.
