The International calligraphy and calligraphic painting Festival "Bismillah" was inaugurated by ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) in cooperation with the Center for Development of Quranic Arts.
Present at the inauguration ceremony held at ECI Headquarters on July 12, 2013 were H.E. Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini, Iran's Minister of Culture & Islamic Guidance; Mr. Iftikhar Husain Arif, ECI President; Ambassadors and diplomats from ECO Member States as well as other Islamic countries and a group of prominent artists and cultural figures.
ECI's art gallery will be showcasing selected works from Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Bosnia, Jordan and China, focused on the theme of the sacred phrase "Bismillah".
