H.E. Ms. Romina Ramos, the new Ambassador of Bolivia to the Islamic Republic of Iran, met with Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, president of ECO Cultural Institute in October 2019.
According to the ECI public relations, at the meeting, Dr. Mazaheri spoke on the international status of the institute and presented a brief report on the activities carried out at this international institution in various areas of peace, women, children, music and art and invited the Bolivian Ambassador of Bolivia to raise the flag of her country at ECO Peace Farm.
Referring to her country's ancient history dating back to 5000 years ago and the time of the Pre-Columbian Tiwanaku state which preceded the Incas, the Bolivian ambassador said that the Bolivian government's plans to revive the arts and culture of ancient civilizations in order to prevent the cultural infiltration of western culture.
The Bolivian ambassador also welcomed the ideas put forward by the ECI president and announced the embassy's readiness to cooperation with ECI in all areas.
The meeting concluded with paying visits to the ongoing painting exhibition at the ECO Diplomatic Art Gallery and Library.
