ECI's Publishes Fresh Titles of Books
Fresh publications of ECO Cultural Institute have been released.

The books titled 'Nameh-ye Norouz', 'Iran & Iqbal (Historical-Content Analysis of Iqbal Studies in Iran)', 'The Role of Cultural Cooperation in the Economic Development of ECO Member Countries', 'Future Studies of Government & Media', 'Literature, the Common Heritage of ECO Nations' have been published by ECO Cultural Institute.

'Nameh-ye Norouz' has been written by Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, ECI president, that covers interesting points on Norouz and brings some poems of the luminiaries of the Persian literatures containing their viewpoint over the ancient tradition of Norouz and its different aspects to the enthusiasts of culture and literature.
Beginning with an introduction and foreword, the book continues with subjects as Norouz studies, reflection of Norouz in intellectual schools, Norouz in different literary genres and Norouz in the works of poets.
'Nameh-ye Norouz' has been edited by Ms. Zahra Aslani and published in 126 pages by ECO Cultural Institute.

'Iran & Iqbal (Historical-Content Analysis of Iqbal Studies in Iran)' has been written by Dr. Hakimeh Dastranji, with the foreword by Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, president of the international body, and edited by Ms. Roqieh Badie Gohar.
The book is comprised of six chapters including Allama Iqbal and Persian literature; Persian philosophy viewed by Allama Iqbal, elements of Persian culture in Iqbal thoughts; Allama Iqbal in Persian literature; Allama Iqbal in the cultural areas of Iran; poems of Iranian poets in mourning over loosing Allama Iqbal.
'Iran and Iqbal' is significant in opening new horizons on the trend of Iqbal studies in Iran and presenting a real view of the same in different social and intellectual arenas of the country.

'The Role of Cultural Cooperation in the Economic Development of ECO Member Countries' has been written by Dr. Azam Molai, with an introduction by Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, the president of ECO Cultural Institute and edited and laid out by Ms. Zahra Aslani in 218 pages.
Within the book, Dr. Molai has endeavored to present an overview on the role of ECO Cultural Institute in the strengthening of cultural cooperation and taking into account the role of culture in economic development, she has presented solutions to attain such goals. The research study has concluded that ECO Cultural Institute plays a very important and key role in this process and suggest that extensive cooperation of the ECO member countries is the fundamental means to attain sustainable economic development in the region.

Written by Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Mazaheri, the ECI president, the book 'Future Studies of Government & Media' has been organized in six chapters and is significant in terms of formulating conscious and proactive strategies based on future studies of media and preparing for the upcoming media challenges.
In his book, the author has endeavored to deal with the subject employing Scenario Planning method of future studies and after the introductory chapters, he has presented three scenarios within three chapters on the future of the government and media. Based on the probable futures imaginable, the final chapter has assessed such scenarios possible and suitable.
The book has been edited and laid out in 180 pages by Ms. Zahra Aslani and published by ECO Cultural Institute.

On the occasion of proclaiming the year 2018 as the Year of Book and Reading Culture in ECO Region, the ECO Cultural Institute published the book 'Literature, the Common Heritage of ECO Nations' to present an overview on the brilliant thoughts and ideas of Hafez and Molana.
'Literature, the Common Heritage of ECO Nations' has been compiled by Ms. Zahra Aslani with the introduction by Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, the president of this international organization, and includes the text of the literary expert panels organized by Dr. Sogol Mashayekhi at the ECO Diplomatic Library.
Compiled in 198 pages, the book is comprised of two chapters on the ontology and the basic beliefs of Hafez as well as well as the course titled 'Sama with the Sun' (an overview of Shams Tabrizi ghazals).
