On Sunday January 5, 2020, Mr. Sarvar Bakhti, the ECI president, met and talked with Master Mohammad Heydari, secretary of Artworks' Evaluation Council of the Iran Calligraphers Association.
According to ECI public relations, at the meeting the ECI president said that the Institute is home to all artists of the region and that ECI supports artists' programs in all branches of arts and culture. Bakhti continued his remarks saying that in 2020, the Institute intends to commemorate Kamal Khujandi, the renowned literary figure, and thus, the participation of the regional artists would be most welcomed.
Moreover, Sarvar Bakhti welcomed the proposal of mounting calligraphy and illumination works of the regional artists at ECI art gallery and highlighted that ECI's doors are open to all artists.
While congratulating Mr. Bakhti on his appointment as the new ECI president, Master Mohammad Heydari wished him success and briefed him about some of his own art programs carried out in cooperation with ECO Cultural Institute.
