Azamat Jamankulov, Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan met and talked with Shigeki Maeda, Japan ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to ECI public relations quoting kabar.kg, at the meeting the two sides emphasized on boosting mutual cooperation in the field of culture and tourism. The Japanese ambassador underscored that there are many potentials for attracting Japanese tourists to Kyrgyzstan and one of her objectives in her position is to make her country's people more familiar with Kyrgyzstan.
In his turn, the Kyrgyz minister appreciated the effective activities carried out by Japanese investors in his country.
The meeting concluded with the two sides expressing their readiness to cooperate in the fields of culture, tourism and information and deepen relations.
