ECI Holds Opening Ceremony of the 1st Exhibition of Musical Instruments from ECO Countries
The first exhibition of musical instruments from ECO countries titled 'Sazineh' was held at ECI art gallery.

According to ECI public relations, at the inaugural of this important art event held on Wednesday February 12, 2020 at ECI art gallery, ECO diplomatic officials, diplomats residing in Tehran, artists and journalists participated.
The exhibition showcased around 20 musical instruments from ECO countries including Oud, Tonbak, Balaban, Baglama, Gopuz, Kamanche, Daf, Rabab, Tabla, Sitar, Naqareh and Setar made by renowned professionals of the field including Sattar Babai, Alireza Boroujerdi, Hadi Sepehri, Ahmad Mohammadi, Mahmood Barani, Ali Asghar Azad, Fatemeh Tahooneh (Mousavi), Faramarz Golzar, Iraj Tabatabi, Mohsen Badri, Neda Shiravi and Vahid Manteghi.
At the opening ceremony, Sarvar Bakhti, the ECI president, called music one of the valuable instruments for bringing people together and establish bonds of friendship and emphasized that noble music always conveys the message of love and peace to the peoples of the Region.
It is worth mentioning that the aforesaid exhibition has been organized with the cooperation of Ms. Zhila Taghavi, musicologist and the leader of the international music band 'Nava-ye Melal'.
The exhibition 'Sazineh' will be open on February 12-13,2020 and those interested may visit the display from 10:00 to 16:00 at ECI art gallery located at No. 10, Bagher al-Nemer st., Movahed Danesh (Aqdasieh) Ave.
