Coinciding with the birth anniversary of Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi and engineer day, an expert panel titled 'A Review of the Intellectual & Scholarly Legacy of Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi' will be held on Wednesday February 26, 2020 at 14:00 at ECO Diplomatic Conference Hall.
According to ECI public relations, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi and engineer day, a commemoration ceremony titled 'A Review of the Intellectual & Scholarly Legacy of Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi ' will be held by ECO Cultural Institute in cooperation with the deputy education affairs of the Iranian Ministry for Sciences, Research and Technology and K.N. Toosi University of Technology.
At the event to be participated by diplomatic officials, researchers, authors and cultural figures, Dr. Seyed Hojatolhaq Hosseini, researcher, scholar, university professor and the author of the book 'Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi's Comprehensive Bibliography' will introduce this book and brief the audience on the life and works of Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi who was one of the most influential characters of the history of science, wisdom and culture of the ECO region.
It is worth mentioning that the book has been awarded by the 9th Int'l Farabi Festival, has been translated into 18 foreign languages and includes 6707 bibliographical entries including manuscripts, thesis and dissertations, books, research papers and 90 national and international memorials on Khaje Nasir al- Din Toosi.
Another part of the event will be a music performance by pop orchestra music band from Master Asadollah Malek training center which will be led by Ali Mahdian.
