According to ECI public relations quoting Day.Az, Vladimir Putin, the president of the Russian Federation, acknowledged the services rendered by Chingiz Abdullayev, the secretary of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, through issuing a decree and offering the Medal of Friendship. Chingiz Abdullayev is best known for writing political pieces. He commenced his literary activities by writing pieces such as 'Waltz' (1981), 'A Piece of Bread' (1981-82). His famous novel 'Blue Angels' was published in 1988 in Baku. The author wrote a trilogy "The law of villains", "The creed of villains", "The conscience of villains" in the following years.
