3rd 'Simorgh-e Parsi' Meeting Held Online
Iranian Cultural Center in Lahore held the third cultural and literary meeting "Persian inscriptions in Pakistan" which was broadcasted live on Instagram.

According to ECI public relations quoting Mehr News Agency, through the efforts made by Saadi Foundation and the Iranian Cultural Center in Lahore, the third cultural and literary meeting titled "Persian inscriptions in Pakistan" was organized. Present at the live session were Elham Haddadi, an expert of the Saadi Foundation specializing on the Indian subcontinent, and Morteza Rezvanfar, a faculty member at the Iranian Research Institute for Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism (RICHT).
With the spread of Corona virus, the cultural and literary session titled "Roots of benevolence in the words of Saadi Shirazi across Iran and Pakistan" was held online with the cooperation of Dr. Iqbal Shahid, Head of Persian Language and Literature, G.C. University of Lahore.
Another session of the series titled 'Ferdowsi's Shahnameh in the Subcontinent (particularly Pakistan)' had already been held with the cooperation of Ms. Faleeha Kazmi, Head of Persian Department of Lahore College for Women University, and Iran's Saadi Foundation.
