In cooperation with the Kazakh Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, the National Library of the Kyrgyz Republic held a conference "Scientific Works of a Great Intellectual' to commemorate Farabi.
According to ECI public relations quoting Kabar 24, at the conference held online, a number of scientists, historians and university professors of both countries participated.
At the conference, the researchers emphasized that Farabi's philosophy is multi-dimensional and profound and could prove beneficial for any time and era. Therefore, today the translation and publication of his works in different language is more necessary than any other historic time.
It is worth mentioning that this year is the 1150th anniversary of this celebrated scientist whom will be honored in Kazakhstan and many other countries.
