At the initiative of the National Library of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Department of Youth and Sports Affairs of Dushanbe Municipality, young Tajik writers meet every Tuesday.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute quoting Khovar news agency, at the meetings to be held at the National Library, the winners of the 'Foroughi Sobhi Donoi' competition will gather and discuss literary topics. It is worth mentioning that the competition 'Foroughi Sobhi Donoi' is held annually at the proposal of President Emomali Rahmon to promote reading culture among students to promote books and reading culture and also discover young talents.
