The ECO Cultural Institute has published the book titled "Life & Works of Kamal Khujandi'" in 296 pages.
According to ECO Cultural Institute, concurrent with the 700th anniversary of the birth of Sheikh Kamal Khujandi and also in order to introduce the cultural and artistic assets of the ECO member states, the ECO Cultural Institute has transcribed and published the book "Life and Works of Kamal Khujandi".
Kamal Khujandi is the renowned poet and mystic of the 8th century who was born in Khujand and died Tabriz. "The Life and Works of Kamal Khujandi" has been written by Dr. Badruddin Maghsoudzada, with introductions by Sarvar Bakhti, the ECI President, as well as Dr. Nizamuddin Zohedi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Iran.
Dr. Maghsoudzoda, a scholar and professor of the National University of Tajikistan, is one of the leading Kamal Khujandi scholars who has devoted three decades of his scientific and research activities to the study of the life and works of this literary figure and has played a substantial role in better introducing Kamal.
