Moreover, the publication of such works is of great importance for strengthening relations between nations.
In March 2018, Uzbekistan government issued an instruction, necessitating teaching and promotion of the works of the great Kazakh poet, Abai, and the current measure has been taken to comply with the same instruction. This year marks 175th anniversary of this great Kazakh scholar whose enlightening works are of great value not only to the Kazakh nation but to all the peoples of Central Asia. In the present book, Professor Niyazov has endeavored to shed light on Abai's role in the history and literature of Kazakhstan and also deliberate upon the importance of his works for modern generations.
Love, philanthropy, tolerance, and coexistence are the key themes of Abai's poems and the poet has underscored such issues throughout his poems.
