Sarvar Bakhti, the President of the ECO Cultural Institute, issued a message congratulating September 9th as the anniversary of Tajikistan's independence.
According to the information base of the ECO Cultural Institute, in this message Sarvar Bakhti addressed Dr. Nizamuddin Zohedi, Ambassador of Tajikistan to Iran, congratulating him on the occasion of the anniversary of Tajikistan's independence, wishing the peoples of the region particularly the great nation of Tajikistan, health and prosperity.
