Within the framework of the series of events to commemorate the luminaries of the ECO region, a program titled 'A Review of the Intellectual and Scholarly Legacy of Shams & Mowlana' will be held by ECO Cultural Institute on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
According to ECO Cultural Institute, concurrent with the commemoration days of Shams and Mowlana, the ECO Cultural Institute will hold a program titled 'A Review of the Intellectual and Scholarly Legacy of Shams & Mowlana'.
At the online session, Dr. Feliha Kazmi, the head of Persian Language and Literature department of Fatima Jinnah Women University of Lahore, Pakistan as well as Ms. Dr. Sepideh Mousavi, a renowned Rumi scholar of Iran, will elaborate upon the lives and works of Shams and Mowlana as well as their position of across the ECO region.
'The Life and Times of Shams and Mowlana','Mystical and Epistemological Approaches in the Works of Shams and Mowlana', 'Reformist Views of Shams and Mowlana in the areas of Religion, Culture and Society' and 'The Influence of Shams and Mowlana on Earlier and Later Mystics' are among the topics of this session.
