In a Note sent to the Turkish Embassy in Tehran, Sarvar Bakhti, the ECI president, expressed his congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of Turkey on October 29.
According to ECO Cultural Institute, Sarvar Bakhti, in his congratulatory message to H.E. Derya Ors, wished all the best for the government and the people of this great country of the civilization area of ECO region.
