Manas epos millennium was celebrated in Talas, Kyrgyzstan, with the participation of the country's great Manasçıs reciting parts of the epic poem.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting kabar.kg, the one-day conference began on December 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. and ran overnight, with the participation of famous Kyrgyz Manasçıs reciting the Manas epic.
The conference began with a theatrical performance and then the narrators, in turn, recited the traditional epic poem.
The Epic of Manas is the national epic poem of Kyrgyzstan which is celebrated every year on December 4th.
