In the past two decades, Afghan girls and women have considerably developed their abilities in various fields. One of these fields is singing and playing instruments. Fazila Zamir is one of the girls known in the generation after the year 2001.
She’s a student of the Fine Arts University, which has 50 students of boys and girls being educated on Rabab.
Fazila Zamir has learned Rabab hoping to attract more girls to music. Today, this young musician teaches 50 students mainly consisting of boys to play Rabab.
