Turkish delegation headed by Ambassador of Turkey Ahmet Sadyk Dogan met with Batken region governor Abdikarim Alimbaev.
According to the ECO Cultural News, in the meeting attended by president Japarov's special representative for reconstruction and development of Batken region, representative of the Embassy of Turkey, and TIKA Program Coordinator, Turkish Ambassador, Ahmet Sadyk Dogan, announced Turkey readiness to provide all possible assistance in reconstruction of Batken region.
"As brotherly nation, we will provide assistance so that residents of Batken will return to peaceful life soon. We will not leave people of Batken region alone," the Ambassador said.
Batken region governor Abdikarim Alimbaev thanked people of Turkey for moral support and humanitarian aid.
The sides discussed reconstruction of villages, socio-economic development of the region, rebuilding of infrastructure and development of bilateral ties.
The Turkish delegation handed over humanitarian aid.
