The rector of the University of Science and Culture announced that the university will provide scholarships for graduate students and study opportunities for professors at Afghan universities and research institutes.
Dr. Seyed Saeed Hashemi, announced the awarding of special scholarships to students and elites of Afghanistan and added: the scholarships for graduate students of Afghan universities and study opportunities for elite professors in Afghanistan is provided and the eligible people in Afghanistan can benefit from the scholarship.
Expressing hope for the success of this project in expanding relations and strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between the countries of the region, Dr. Hashemi added: "Details and conditions for obtaining scholarships and study opportunities for the University of Science and Culture will be announced later."
