Murodjon Buriboev met Bakhodir Abdullaev, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to I.R. Iran, on Thursday, June 23, 2022, in continuation of his meetings with the ambassadors of the ECO member states.
According to the ECI Public Relations, in this cordial meeting, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan congratulated Buriboev on his appointment as the President of the ECI and wished him success in his new assignment.
The Uzbek ambassador also extended his gratitude for the close cooperation between the Institute and the Embassy.
ECI President, while appreciating the Uzbek Ambassador and his colleagues for their contribution in holding joint programs and events, assured that the institute will continue to cooperate with the Uzbek embassy and cultural institutions of Uzbekistan. He also outlined planned joint programs for the future and asked for more active cooperation by the Embassy.
The meeting was held in a friendly and both sides agreed to make efforts for deepening and strengthening their cooperation in the future.
