Mr. Murodjon Buriboev, President, ECI, participated in the opening ceremony of "Environmental Cooperation for a Better Future" meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.
High-ranking officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran, environment ministers of the ECO member States and Islamic countries attended the ceremony which was held at Rayzan International Conference Center in Tehran.
Strengthening regional cooperation in order to improve environmental conditions, discovering solutions for cross-border problems and challenges, drawing the attention of politicians and decision makers to environmental issues in the Islamic Republic of Iran plans and interaction with other countries were among the most important issues discussed in the meeting which was hosted by Iran's Environmental Protection Organization.
