The Turkestan Marathon 2022 was held in the Kazakh city of Turkestan. In addition to the hosts of the competition, representatives of Uzbekistan, Australia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, France, Russia, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Spain, Tajikistan, and Hungary took part in them.
