Aliakbar Gharibshi and Ahmad Aminzadeh won two gold medals at the 12th Dubai 2022 Para Powerlifting World Cup on Saturday. Gharibshi seized a gold at the Men's Up to 107kg weight class by lifting 254kg. Aminzadeh also took a gold at the Men's over 107kg with a lift of 265kg. Iranian powerlifters Rouhollah Rostami in the Up to 80kg, Mohsen Bakhtiar in the Up to 59kg and Amir Jafari in the Up to 65kg had previously won three gold medals in the competition.
