Murodjon Buriboev, President of the ECO Cultural Institute took part in the Fourth Meeting of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the ECO Educational Institute (ECOEI) held in Istanbul on August 5, 2023.
The event, chaired by Minister of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Mr. Yusuf Tekin, was attended by ECO Member States, Observers and Specialized Agencies.
At the event, the ECI President referred to the relationship between these three ECO specialized agencies as an important aspect of the collaboration and partnership within the ECO region which is based on the shared vision of fostering cultural, educational and scientific development in the ECO region. He further noted that these agencies should exchange information, expertise and best practices to enhance their institutional capacities and performance.
The meeting, inter alia, reviewed and discussed various other issues under its agenda, including the progress and activities of the Institute, implementation status of the Third BoT Meeting as well the ratification of ECOEI Charter, administrative and budgetary matters, etc.
