Assem Orynbai and Eduard Yeshchenko won the third gold medal in the mixed skating team final at the 2023 Asian Games, which is currently being held in Hangzhou, China. Also Kazakhstan's shooting team, consisting of Fatima Irnazarova, Zukhra Irnazarova and Alexandra Saduakassova, won silver and became the runner-up in the 19th Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China.The gold went to North Korean shooters and Indonesia finished third in the event.
Dimitri Yakulov and Sergey Bogato from Kazakhstan won the beach volleyball bronze after defeating their Iranian opponents Abbas Pourasgari and Alireza Aghajani 2-0.
