The second international exhibition of handicraft products and technologies of Uzbekistan has started in Tashkent city.
The "Artists" Association of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of diplomatic missions of foreign countries in Uzbekistan, veteran craftsmen, the general public and members of the media attended the exhibition. Also, foreign artisans active in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan have participated in this event with their handmade works.
The exhibition includes more than 30 examples of handicrafts such as embroidery, pottery, coppersmithing, national dress, carving, carpets, national fabrics, miniatures, paintings, drawings, leather products, scarves, toys and gift items.
During this exhibition, jewelers, potters, goldsmiths and national textile masters held training course.
