Musical theater and drama "White Steam" by Seyed Nazar Sidi from Turkmenistan won the best show award at the 6th International Aitmatov and Theater Festival in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. This event was held with the presence of groups from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Uzbekistan.
The Turkmen production "White Steam", based on the story of the same name by Genghis Aitmatov, was well received and received the Jury Prize. In addition, the actor Ogulshat Dzhumaeva is recognized as the best actor for his talented performance in the main role in the play "White Steam".
The goal of the international festival "Aitmatov and Theater" is to publicize the works of Genghismatov and strengthen cultural relations.
