Khan, President ECI, has expressed his profound felicitations to the Islamic Republic of Iran and congratulated the nation on being appointed as the Chair of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) for the year 2024. This gracious gesture was conveyed through a letter, dated February 01, 2024, directed towards Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The President has conveyed his hope for robust leadership from the Islamic Republic during its tenure as the Chair, requesting the country to bring the member states together and use its influence to increase the membership of the ECI. The President has also wished the Islamic Republic a successful and rewarding tenure.
