The Sadeh Festival is an ancient Iranian festival that celebrates the victory of light over darkness and the coming of spring. It is held on the 10th day of Bahman, the 11th month of the Iranian calendar, which usually falls in late January or early February. The festival is named after Sadeh, a mythical figure who is said to have brought fire to humanity.
