ECI intends to hold an International Seminar on Pakistan and Urdu Studies in collaboration with the Faculty of Science and Literature of Tehran University on Sunday April21,2024, at 1:40 p.m. at Gallery Hall of ECI.
During this Seminar the scholars and scientists and academics will talk
and discuss about:
- Research and teaching of Persian literature in Pakistan Universities,
- Describing the methodology of teaching Urdu language in Tehran
University and discussing about what necessary measures to be taken for future.
- Referring to three important starting points in the field of Iranology
in Pakistan such as: Azad, Rashed and Mokhtar Massoud.”
- Shah Sanad in Persepolis, Re-reading a Sasanian inscription”,
- The role of Dr. Abdolhamid Erfani in deepening and strengthening
literal and cultural relations between Iran and Pakistan,
- The need to explain about image of Pakistan in Iran: reviewing the role
and effect of Persian language encyclopedias,
- The influence of Iranian artistic and decorative traditions in the
courts of Lahore.
