According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting ShahraraNews, like other Islamic countries, the holy month of Ramadan is warmly welcomed in Afghanistan. To mark Eid al-Fitr celebration a common tradition of the Afghan people is to play the Drums at dawn calling for people to wake up.
