The second issue of the ECI Newsletter was published in English, with more than 260 news items from ECO member countries.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, the second issue of the ECI Newsletter was published in full color with the motto “We Are Not Unaware of Each Other”. The Newsletter embodies news about history, culture, society, literature, sport and art from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and the ECO Cultural Institute from December 2020 to March 2021.
“Afghan and Iranian Students Shine at WRICOS 2020”; “Afghan Women's Poetry and Storytelling Night in Ghazni”; “ A Report on the Recognition of Jami in Azerbaijan”; “Keeping Nine Hundred Thousand Pages of Documents about History of Tehran in the National Archives of Iran”; “The only Uzbek Theater Reopens in Kazakhstan”; “Kyrgyz Young Painters Exhibition”; “Best Asian Peace Film Festival in Pakistan”; “Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan to Strengthen Cultural Tourism”; “Kamal Khujandi International Conference in Tajikistan”;“Denizli, Turkey, the Center of Nine Million-year-old Fossils”; “Establishment of Research and Production Centers in Turkmen Universities” are some of the titles that this issue contains.
This issue of the newsletter has been published under the supervision of Sarvar Bakhti, president of the ECO Cultural Institute. Mohammad Mahmoudi is the editor in chief and Zahra Aslani the administrative manager.
The ECI Newsletter aims to present a clear image from the cultural events of the ECO member countries and to deliver the message of cultural diplomacy to the authorities, organizations, universities, museums, and other scientific, educational, cultural centers of the 10 ECO member countries.
