Haroon Hakimi, Afghanistan`s Deputy Minister of Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Information and Culture, called for artists to send positive messages to their society through their arts.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting Bakhtar Agency, Haroon Hakimi, Afghanistan`s Deputy Minister of Culture and Arts in a meeting that was held to celebrate 102nd anniversary of the country's independence with the participation of the officials of the Ministry of Information and Culture, said that in order to mark the 102nd anniversary of Afghanistan`s independence, artists are invited to paint murals in all the country's major cities to convey messages of historical values, strengthening the national spirit and consolidating the republic of the country.
He added: "in order to launch the program under the leadership of the Ministry of Information and Culture, a number of institutions as well as artists across the country will take part in the program.
