The opening ceremony of the International Nowruz Footprint Festival was inaugurated on Monday evening, April 9, 2022, in the presence of the President of the ECO Cultural Institute and local artists.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, This exhibition is organized to get to know better and introduce the ancient celebration of Nowruz to other countries. Fifty-six works by artists from Russia, Iraqi Kurdistan, Ukraine, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, India, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Turkey, Hungary, Tunisia, the Netherlands and Romania took part in the festival.
At the opening ceremony of the festival, the President of ECI, was pleased with the presence of artists from the ECO region in the Nowruz Footprint Festival, and said that the exhibition would achieve its main goal of creating a spirit of regional empathy and friendship.
Sarvar Bakhti considered Nowruz as the number of human kinship with nature and considered Nowruz as the valuable commonalities of the ECO region.
This exhibition will be on display until May 12, 2022 in the gallery of ECO Cultural Institute located in Tehran, No. 10, Baqer Al-Nemer Alley, Movahed Danesh, Aqdasiyeh.
